What is the difference between personal and company email?
Company email is the official address assigned by your organization (e.g., name@company.com). Personal email is used for password recovery and account security verification.
How does the credit system work?
Each active staff seat costs credits monthly. When staff are archived, credits stop deducting. Credits are also used for proration adjustments when adding/removing staff mid-month.
What is Inbound Shield?
Inbound Shield is a whitelist-based security feature that blocks all incoming emails except those from trusted sources you define. This prevents spam and phishing attacks.
Can I re-archive a staff member?
Yes! Archived staff can be reactivated at any time. You can choose to restore their previous emails and folders, or start fresh with a clean mailbox.
