By accessing and using SmtpMan ("the Service"), you agree to accept and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SmtpMan provides a secure, internal-only email platform designed for frontline and seasonal workforces. We provide tools for managing user accounts, sending internal communications, and managing email archives.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SmtpMan cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any other malicious content.

5. Payment and Subscription

SmtpMan charges a monthly fee based on the number of active user seats. Archived users are free of charge. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days notice.

6. Termination

You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Service at any time at our discretion and without notice if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmtpMan, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
