Is the early-access trial free?
Yes—for accepted applicants. Early access includes a 3-month free trial. After trial, billing follows the published SmtpMan pricing ($0.99 USD per active user / month; archived seats $0.00). Rate lock may apply to accepted applicants.
Does SmtpMan replace our main email?
No. SmtpMan is meant for frontline staff on a subdomain (for example @team.example.com). HQ mail on your primary domain can stay on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
