Organization Profile
Your organization settings include basic information about your company.
Settings Available:

| Notification Email | Sender address for system notifications or broadcasts (e.g. noreply@yourdomain.com) |
| Timezone | Used for displaying local time format |
Domain Settings
View and manage your configured domains.
Verified Domain
Your domain is active and ready to send/receive email.
Admin User Management
Manage who can access and administer your organization. Administrators have full access to all settings and features.
Adding Administrators
To add a new administrator, navigate to the Admins section and click "Add Administrator". You will need to provide:
- First Name & Last Name: Identification for the admin.
- Email Address: The unique identifier used for login.
Note: The first administrator created is designated as the Owner and cannot be removed or locked.
Managing Status & Actions
You can manage existing administrators directly from the dashboard list. Available actions include:
- Reset Password: Sends a password reset link to the administrator's email.
- Lock / Unlock: Manually restrict access. Accounts may also be Locked automatically due to multiple failed login attempts for security.
- Remove: Permanently deletes the administrator from the organization.
Status Definitions
The administrator can log in and access the dashboard with full permissions.
The administrator is locked out due to multiple failed login attempts. They can be unlocked manually.
Tracking Activity (Audit Logs)
The Audit Logs tab provides a detailed history of all administrator activities for security and compliance.
- Search: Filter logs by administrator email.
- Filter: View specific actions like Login, Logout, or Password Change.
- Details: Logs track IP address, Country, and User Agent (Browser) for every event.
