What Are Broadcasts?
Broadcasts are email announcements sent to selected groups. Unlike regular emails, broadcasts provide:

See exactly who received your message
Read Receipts
Track when recipients open your message
Targeted Sending
Send to specific groups or all staff
Creating a Broadcast

Start a New Broadcast
Go to Broadcasts and click "New Broadcast"

Write Your Message
Subject: A clear, descriptive title for your announcement
Content: Write your message using the editor

Select Recipients
Choose which groups should receive this broadcast:
• All Staff: Every active staff member
• Specific Groups: Select individual groups (e.g., just "Logistics" for driver updates)
• Multiple Groups: Combine groups for broader announcements

Send
Click "Send" to deliver the broadcast immediately to all selected recipients.
Understanding Broadcast Status
Each broadcast shows two key metrics:
Delivered
Email has been synced to recipient's email client from our server.
Read
Recipient opened the email (MDN receipt) or confirmed via web link.
