Setup by Email Client
Apple Mail (macOS/iOS)
- Open Mail app
- Add Account → Other Mail Account
- Enter name, email, and password
- Select IMAP and configure with settings above
Outlook
- File → Add Account
- Enter email address
- Select Advanced options
- Choose IMAP and enter port 993
Gmail App
- Settings → Add account
- Choose "Other" (IMAP)
- Enter full email and password
- Incoming: imap.smtpman.com:993
Thunderbird
- Account Actions → Add New Account
- Fill in email details
- Incoming: imap.smtpman.com:993
- Outgoing: smtp.smtpman.com:587
